How long does it take?
Starter sites go live about a week after we receive your content. Professional takes about two weeks, Premium two to three. The clock starts when your text and photos arrive.
Who writes the text?
You give us the facts through a short intake form; we write and translate. If you already have text, we use it and tidy it up.
Which languages?
Two are included in every package: the two your customers actually speak. English and Spanish, French and Kreyòl, or any other pair. A third language is an add-on.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you receive all the files at launch. If you leave the care plan, the site stays yours.
What does it cost?
Fixed prices per package, quoted within 24 hours of our first conversation. No hourly billing, no surprises. Ask for the rate card on WhatsApp.
Do you work with businesses outside Haiti?
Yes, anywhere. Meetings are on WhatsApp or video, and everything else works the same.
Who hosts the site?
Cloudflare, on your account or ours, your choice. Fast everywhere, including on weak connections, and included in the care plan.
Do I need to buy a domain first?
No. We register it in your name during the build, or connect one you already own.
Can the site take orders or bookings?
Yes. Simple booking and a small shop are add-ons. A full online store is a custom project and we'll tell you if you really need one.
What happens if I stop the care plan?
The site stays yours. We hand over hosting and domain access and you take it from there. You can come back any time.
Do you write in Kreyòl?
Yes, natively. And French, English and Spanish. Other languages through trusted translators, checked by us.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash, 50% to start and 50% at launch. Card and other options depending on where you are.
